چکیده
La vasculitis asociada a propiltiouracilo (PTU) y ANCA es una enfermedad rara con incidencia de 0,47-0,71 casos por cada 10 000 pacientes. Afecta principalmente los vasos menor calibre. Piel, riñones pulmones son más afectados. El diagnóstico requiere alta sospecha clínica se apoya en estudios histopatológicos las lesiones piel serología positiva para ANCA. suspensión del medicamento suele bastar como manejo la enfermedad. Mujer 45 años edad, historia consumo PTU durante 2 años, desde su hipertiroidismo; presentando placas purpúricas dolorosas ambos miembros inferiores.
